The best part of the hotel is it's location. It's literally right next to Robinsons Dumaguete. The room is clean and updated, they provide daily room cleaning and have water dispenser on the floors.

Good quality accommodation convenient for Robinson's mall and access to the city. Spacious bedroom and we were given the choice of a twin room or double room. Staff friendly and welcoming.Room serviced daily. WiFi access good.

The room space is just right. The location is a bit far from the city center but there is a Robinsons Mall nearby. If you have a tour and you just need a place to stay. This is recommended. But if you want to explore the center and the boulevard, this is a bit far. And don’t pay PHP 300-400 pesos tricycle fare going here from airport. Best is PHP 50-60/ person accdg to the locals. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We stayed there twice this month of July 2024. The staff were so accommodating and helpful to us since we came all the way from Mindanao by long land and ferry trip. Our tiredness was comforted by how the staff facilitated the 11 rooms we reserved since most of my companions were senior citizens. It was a wonderful experience to stay in this property. So, in behalf of my companions who happily stayed in this property, I highly recommend it and will surely be staying there again.

Location was good, just behind Robinsons, and near the jeepney and Ceres terminal. Room and bathroom were clean and with lots of clothes hanger, perfect for those who goes swimming in Valencia and Apo Island. Luggage is also secured, if you arrive early but no early check in is available.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was effective. Staff was very efficient, professional, and responsive. I would definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in Dumaguete.

Comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, shower was warm, room size was good. Staff was friendly & attentive. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.
